Do you feel physically disconnected from your goals? Our body holds an infinite amount of information that can help us to actively move towards achieving all that we desire. In this workshop, you will be guided in creating physical and mental space using movement explorations and sport psychology. You will leave with a clear and purpose-driven plan. Please wear comfortable movement clothes and bring a journal.
