Set new goals and create new habits for 2017 through this yoga and reflection workshop! Through movement, meditation and writing you’ll let go of the burdens of last year and move forward with new insight and knowledge to make 2017 great! Participants will move through a gentle vinyasa class built to relieve tension in the body followed by a short guided meditation to reduce stress. Once we've relaxed the body and mind we are ready to reflect with a guided writing exercise designed to help us unlock where we are stuck and give us the knowledge to move onward and upward!
