WORK PARTY - Mondays From 6:30pm-9:30pm

WORK PARTY provides you dedicated time to make headway on your projects in the company of industrious women because progress won’t happen without consciously creating space to do so.

What you can expect from a New Women Space WORK PARTY:

  • A consciously designed space to ensure you walk away feeling productive and energized. Our split level floors enable: (1) distinct space to put your head down and work and (2) devoted space to pick your head up and meet someone new.
  • An opportunity to meet other motivated women who can provide feedback and inspiration for your project
  • An opportunity to get feedback from a featured specialist in topics such as: service design, digital design, law, marketing, website development, self-branding, finance, life coaching, etc. 
  • The ability to come back each week and be a part of the New Women Space community.

February 6th Featured Mentor: Christina Nizar

Specialities: Prototyping, Storytelling, Experience Design, Branding, Startup & Freelance Living

Christina is a designer, strategist, and entrepreneur who helps people and companies define and distill ideas into living breathing brands, services, and businesses. She delights in problem-solving, obsesses over effectiveness, and believes in the power of prototyping ideas early. She has worked across industries with companies like IDEO, Pentagram, Kickstarter, JetBlue, and New York Times Magazine. Previously she built and grew The Line, a fashion lifestyle business. Currently, she working on launching a company focused on making it easier for New Yorkers to enjoy outdoor recreation. She is an avid traveler, surfer, and motorcyclist.
