Nancy Wong is a seasoned counselor with over 20 years of experience helping people work through their feelings. (She is also co-founder Melissa's mom!) Now retired, Nancy spends her time volunteering, acting, and teaching a variety of wellness classes at Optimum Health Institute in the San Diego area. She's won many accolades through Toast Masters and is has been teaching fitness classes since before Melissa was born.
